Common questions
How is a product counted?
One product means one item in your catalogue tracked across all of your competitors. Following the same product on five sites uses one slot, not five.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, with no automatic renewal: we remind you before each due date and you renew in one click. Paying yearly gives a 15 to 25% discount depending on the plan.
What if a competitor blocks collection?
We adapt the collection method. If a site becomes permanently inaccessible, we tell you and you are not billed for that source.
Is my data shared?
Never. Your catalogue, margins and pricing rules stay in your workspace and are never pooled with other customers.
How do payment and invoicing work?
You pay by card on a secure page (YouCan Pay). A compliant invoice (ICE, VAT) is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed, emailed to you and available in your account.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. When it ends, pick the plan that suits you: your data is kept.
